Rapper, AKA, took to Twitter to apologise in a series of tweets, addressing his trending comments from Thursday, however, he did not directly apologise to rival, Cassper Nyovest.
On Friday, 20 March 2020, AKA issued an apology for his trending tweets from Thursday, 19 March 2020. In his apology, he expressed remorse at the use of an offensive word, “moffie,” which is a derogatory term for homosexuals. However, the Touch My Blood rapper did not address the inflammatory comments he directed at rival, Cassper Nyovest, and his parents.

I’d like to apologize to anybody offended by my use of the word “Moffie” in a previous tweet. At some point, i thought it wasn’t a big deal to use this word. I understand now that it’s not acceptable.

However, when I lose my cool, I tend to lose it spectacularly. I feel like I’ve been baited for a while now and I want blood. I hope people can forgive me for such a epic failure of judgement and hot headed ness.
