AKA appears to have contradicted himself amidst negotiations between him and Cassper Nyovest, regarding their impending boxing match, which many are claiming is his way of backing out.

AKA published a series of tweets on Thursday, 7 January 2021, which saw him surprisingly claiming to disapprove of violence. This came as a shock to many of his fans, as it was reported that he had finally agreed to sign the boxing match agreement. The match was proposed to resolve the differences between him and his industry rival, Cassper Nyovest.

AKA stated, “I just want to make it clear … that I did absolutely not smack the sh*t out of anyone at any point in time in my career. I do not condone violence. Under any circumstances. We must learn to settle our differences without violence … and be role models for the next generation. We must strive for peace, love and happiness in our time … and lead the children to the promised land, by setting a better example … and so, I declare… No one, and I mean no one! … will ever take our joy.”

With Cassper Nyovest speculating that AKA is bound to forfeit the boxing match, many of his fans believe that his attitude change is due to his reluctance to fight.
