Rapper, AKA, was on the receiving end of Julius Malema and his supporters’ backlash, following the EFF leader’s insistence that Burna Boy is welcome to perform in South Africa.
AKA has decided to let go of his social media campaign to boycott Burna Boy’s upcoming performance at the Africans Unite concert. The series of tweets come after the Jika hitmaker faced backlash from Julius Malema and his constituency on social media. On Saturday, 16 November 2019, AKA tweeted, “I am never getting involved in politics ever again. On any level.”
