Anderson .Paak reveals new album track-list

American musician Anderson .Paak revealed the track-list for his upcoming album Ventura scheduled for release on Friday, 12 April 2019.

The album serves as the hip-hop artist’s second full-length project in less than a year, following his 2018 release Oxnard. .Paak took to his social media on Thursday, 14 March 2019, to share the track-list and cover art, which shows a black and white image of himself asleep on a bed alongside a little girl.

The eleven-track album hosts a slew of collaborations with mainstream artists such as Andre 3000, Smokey Robinson, Lalah Hathaway, Jazmin Sullivan, Sonyae Elise, Brandy and Nate Dogg. The track-list appeared on a blank page, written in cursive and accompanied by a caption announcing a single release and the upcoming album.

As per his post, the rapper released a single along with the track list and album cover, titled King James. The song is filled with soulful-jazz instrumentals given by a saxophone and talks about uniting and standing up against injustices faced in society. The single was released with an audio video on YouTube and accompanied by the album’s cover art.

Following the release of his album in April 2019, Paak is scheduled to begin his Best Teef In The Game Tour in May 2019, and is expected to include songs from the album in his set-list.
