Anele Mdoda has reiterated that she is unbothered by the continuous cyberbullying she faces whenever Kelly Rowland posts on social media, as was the case on the day.
Anele Mdoda took to Twitter on Wednesday, 2 June 2021, to reiterate that she is unfazed by the continued cyberbullying she faces every time Kelly Rowland posts on social media. The Destiny Child’s member posted a video of herself getting her makeup and hair done. Twitter users circulated the video and tagged and commented on the post by lambasting Mdoda, rehashing a post she shared two years ago.
In 2019, Mdoda had taken to Twitter during a Beyoncé versus Kelly Rowland beauty debate. Mdoda suggested that Rowland is not beautiful and she had pictures to prove it. The post backfired as she was cyberbullied by “American Twitter” which made fun of her weight and tooth gap. South Africans have since continued to remind the star of the mishap.
Mdoda has stated multiple times that she is unfazed by the comments. In some interactions, she claimed that her wealth has provided comfort. In other posts, she suggested that the cyberbullying has continued to make her relevant. In the recent interaction, she stated that life is too short to focus on negativity.
See the post below.
Life is short guys. Do not waste your energy on people and things that don't make you smile or bring you good energy. If you want to keep someone down, you HAVE to stay there with them because as soon as you let go, they will rise. Why would you stay down just to oppress someone?
