Pop sensation Ariana Grande has taken to social media to announce two additional dates for the UK leg of her Sweetener world tour, due to popular demand.
Since teasing additional tour dates on Twitter with a tweet published on Saturday, 8 June 2019, that reads: “adding some more US dates for u … truly excited and exceedingly grateful, thank u for making this such a beautiful thing, more info soon.”, it seems Ariana has also decided to add some UK dates to her roster due to extreme demand. She adds an additional two shows at London’s O2 Arena on Tuesday, 15 October 2019 and Wednesday, 16 October 2019. Ariana adds these dates to the initial three dates planned for the O2 on Monday, 17 August 2019, Wednesday, 19 August 2019 and Thursday, 20 August 2019.
Apart from her dates at the O2 Arena, Ariana plays a few other shows around the UK from Saturday, 14 September 2019 to Thursday, 19 September 2019. She plays two shows at Birmingham’s Resorts World Arena, before heading to Glasgow and Sheffield.
Ariana is touring in support of her latest projects Sweetener and Thank U, Next. Her most recent setlist sees her performances divided into five acts. She opens Act one with Raindrops, God Is a Woman, Bad Idea and Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored. Acts two to five see her perform some of her biggest hits like Side to Side, 7 Rings, Love Me Harder, Into You, Dangerous Woman, Break Free and No Tears Left to Cry. She caps the show off with an encore of Thank U, Next.
