Blxckie releases B4Now (Deluxe) with Mama It’s Bad

Blxckie has released the deluxe edition of his debut album, B4Now, with the lead single off the deluxe album being Mama It’s Bad.

Blxckie took to his Instagram Stories on Friday, 13 August 2021, to confirm the release of his new album, B4Now (Deluxe). The deluxe edition is a supporting album to his debut album, B4Now, which was released in June 2021. The debut album consists of 12 songs subdivided into four parts, as a way of showcasing a different musical sensibility of the hip-hop artist. The deluxe edition has an additional eight new songs, making it a 20-track offering.

According to the revised description of the album, “Released three months later, the deluxe version of B4Now adds eight new tracks, including fresh collabs with Rowlene, Oxlade, Alone, Leodaleo and Christer. Below, the artist born Sihle Sithole traces through his story of leaving his hometown to try his luck in the City of Gold with agile bars and polished melodies on key tracks from the album.”

To coincide with the availability of the deluxe edition, Blxckie has released a new single. Joy, featuring Oxlade, was released ahead of the deluxe album’s debut. Now, he has released the melodic and soulful Mama It’s Bad and its music video, in support of the deluxe album’s availability.
