Television presenter and businesswoman, Bonang Matheba, was one of the many celebrities who publicly celebrated the life and influence of media veteran, Vinolia “V-Mash” Mashego, after news of her passing circulated on social media.
On Monday, 6 April 2020, South Africans were informed of the passing of popular television host and actress, Vinolia “V-Mash” Mashego, who reportedly passed away in her sleep at the age of 56. One of the personalities to celebrate the life of the star was Bonang Matheba. The Being Bonang reality star credited her signature presenting style to the late veteran, stating, “My entire presenting style, the vernacular, catchy phrases, huge personality. She was everything I wanted to be.”
