Cassper Nyovest denies referencing Riky Rick in recent tweet

Cassper Nyovest has had to clarify that his recent tweet meant no malice, as many believed that it was an indirect reference to past collaborator, Riky Rick.

Cassper Nyovest replied playfully to a tweet asking if anyone would lick a public toilet seat for R2 million on Tuesday, 21 July 2020. The rapper responded to the post by stating that he would, especially due to the financial constraints brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. He jokingly dubbed himself “Licky Lick,” which many believed was a slight towards Riky Rick.

The rift between the two rappers has been speculated about in the media for years, after the two seemed to have lost contact following the release of Cassper’s Tito Mboweni. Acknowledging the speculation and claims, Cassper immediately addressed the matter and clarified that the tweet was not a reference to Riky Rick.
