Cassper Nyovest and Ruff disagree over Cassper collaborating with Emtee

The South African rapper took to Twitter to share the news of Trevor Noah’s income, expressing that he is inspired by the comedian’s work ethic.  

The Daily Show host and comedian, Trevor Noah, has been announced as the fourth highest paid stand-up comedian in the world. The South African comedian reportedly earned the majority of his income of R430 million through stand-up comedy. Trevor Noah has continued to fly the South African flag high and inspire many social media users. One such user who took to Twitter to express his inspiration is South African rapper, Cassper Nyovest.

Cassper posted the news on his Twitter page on Tuesday, 20 August 2019, to his millions of followers and expressed his excitement and awe at the comedian’s achievement. The hip-hop artist is known for occasionally sharing images of his own achievements to motivate and inspire his followers and continues to do so with Trevor’s post.

Many of Cassper’s Twitter followers commented on the post, concurring to Cassper Nyovest’s sentiments about Trevor Noah being an inspiration to millions of South Africans. One Twitter user expressed that they think Cassper Nyovest will soon be on the same financial level as Trevor Noah, saying in part, “I see you there soon, holding it down for African hip-hop”.

Another Twitter user shared admiration for Cassper’s continued inspiration through his own work as well as the work of others in the entertainment industry. He wrote, in part, “You inspire many and you also support others in the industry”.
