Cassper Nyovest’s fans call for him to be a resident Idols SA judge

Cassper Nyovest has won over more fans after his memorable and topical feature as the first guest judge on the new season of the popular reality show, Idols SA.

Cassper Nyovest was the first guest judge on the new season of Idols SA on Sunday, 3 August 2020. The rapper won viewers over with his personality and his chemistry with the resident judges, Randall Abrahams, Unathi Nkayi and Somizi Mhlongo.

As South Africans continued commenting on the episode on social media, there were many calls to have the rapper return as a resident judge. The rapper took to Twitter to reveal that he was initially nervous about his appearance on the show, but as an ambassador for Samsung South Africa, which is a sponsor of Idols SA, he was asked to feature. Cassper Nyovest was surprised by the reactions to his appearance, especially the many calls for him to be a resident judge.
