Cassper Nyovest’s ‘Ksazobalit’ music video reaches two million views

Popular South African hip-hop artist, Cassper Nyovest’s ‘Ksazobalit’ music video has amassed over two million views on YouTube since its release on Freedom Day, 27 April 2018.

The video was directed by acclaimed director, Teabag, and is a collaborative effort between Seriti TV and Studio Space Pictures.

In the video, Cassper Nyovest is seen dressed in a farmer’s outfit, driving an old tractor. Media personalities, Pearl Thusi and Somizi Mhlongo, also make cameo appearances in the video. The video’s release sparked much conversation, as it touches on the controversial issue of land expropriation in South Africa.

The EFF’s Julius Malema also took to social media to praise the rapper for the “powerful music video,” and went on to encourage the masses to watch it.
