Clementine Mosimane stars as Mmatshepo Mokobane in The Estate

Clementine Mosimane has been cast as Mmatshepo Mokobane in SABC 3’s upcoming drama, The Estate, who is described as friendly and resourceful.

Clementine Mosimane forms part of the integral cast of SABC 3’s upcoming drama series, The Estate, which is set to premiere on Monday, 5 April 2021. The veteran actress will be portraying Mmatshepo Mokobane, who is a loyal and subdued domestic worker at The Estate. She is also Shadrack’s wife and Dumisani’s mother, and is committed to protecting her husband’s secret betrayal, despite the fact that the truth refuses to stay buried.

In an Instagram post today, 11 March 2021, Clementine discussed her character and what it means for her to play such an important role. She stated, “She has two sons, and unfortunately because of the walks of life, she lost her first-born son. She’s got this pain that is deeply rooted in her and she’s trying to find answers about why her son had to die. She is not just a mother to her son, she is a mother to all the children in the community.”
