The Queen actress took to social media to share images of her latest cover shoot with Women’s Health magazine where she stunned in a sleek updo.
South African actress and businesswoman, Connie Ferguson, took to social media on Sunday, 22 September 2019, to share an image of her latest Women’s Health magazine cover. In the image she shared with her 1.6 million Instagram followers, Connie can be seen in monochrome athleisure wear completed with arm warmers. Her hair was styled in a updo hairstyle which featured a cornrow design on top, leading to a sleek ponytail that falls over the shoulder. She accompanied the look with a bold red lipstick.
The image was shared on the actress’ skincare brand page, Connie Bodycare, and captioned, “Would your favourite ever? Our Queen Connie Ferguson covers the October issue of South African Women’s Health Magazine. Read all about her fitness journey, challenges and how she found her ‘happy’”.
The sleek hairdo look received comments from social media users, including South African media personality, Bonang Matheba, and songstresses, Nandi Madida and Thembi Seete, who shared their love and complimented the actress on achieving the cover. Bonang wrote, “We don’t deserve you”, to which the actress responded, thanking her in abundance. Many other social media users alluded to the fact that the actress looks younger than she is, while some requested that she shares her anti-aging secrets.
The image received much traction, with almost 70 000 likes and well over 1 000 comments.
