Jasmine took to Instagram, seemingly in the middle of her family’s winter getaway back in February 2023, to inform fans that she finally got word that Help! I Wrecked My House will be returning to HGTV for a fourth season.
Jasmine did not initially announce an exact premiere date for this upcoming new season, but HGTV has now included this new season in the schedule for the next few months.
This recent update means that it has now been officially confirmed that the first episode of Help! I Wrecked My House’s fourth season is slated to premiere in a brand-new Wednesday-evening timeslot on November 8, 2023, at 9 p.m. ET (or 8 p.m. CT).

But a closer look at Jasmine’s Instagram page reveals that she has been filming content for this new season of Help! I Wrecked My House since June 26, 2023.
Filming for this season actually just wrapped in September, which marked Jasmine’s sixth year of filming for HGTV.
Jasmine celebrated this achievement by sharing her thanks for all the support that she has received over the years, stating “every single project has been extremely fun, a lot of hard work, and a team effort.”
How many episodes will season 4 of Help! I Wrecked My House have?
Neither Jasmine nor HGTV have revealed exactly how many episodes they have planned for this much-anticipated fourth season of the series, but examining all of the show’s past seasons may just reveal the answer.
Help! I Wrecked My House’s first season had a total of six episodes. The show’s second season was upgraded to eight episodes and the most recent, third season had the most episodes yet, with a total of 11 episodes.
Given the fact that most of the other HGTV shows stick to standard eleven-episode seasons, it is likely that the fourth season of the series will follow in the third’s footsteps with 11 episodes.
What to expect from season 4 of Help! I Wrecked My House
Help! I Wrecked My House’s fourth season will likely not mess with the show’s winning formula too much.
Viewers will see Jasmine and the rest of her construction team return helping various homeowners who have found themselves at a loss with their own renovation projects.
Of course, this season will challenge Jasmine to try and fix a variety of DIY-disasters that she has never seen before and it will stretch her to her creative limits when it comes to finding beautiful, yet practical solutions for all these homes.
In the first “In Too Deep” episode, Jasmine will help a couple that just cannot decide about how to proceed with the renovations on their dream home.
And as an additional challenge Jasmine also needs to figure out how to make the home’s main living area open enough to be wheelchair accessible.
