3. Kai Parker
As the main antagonist during season six of The Vampire Diaries, Kai Parker showcased the extent of his powers when he linked the life forces of Bonnie Bennett and Elena Gilbert.
The result being Elena falling into a deep sleep which she is believed to have been under for close to six years, until the series finale.
