King Monada believed to have responded to Makhadzi’s snub

King Monada is believed to have responded to the Makhadzi snub through an inspirational post via Twitter, before indicating the imminent release of his version of Ghanama.

King Monada took to Twitter on Thursday, 8 July 2021, and shared an inspirational quote. The quote, which was shared with an image of one of his expensive luxury cars, read, “What comes easy won’t last long, and what lasts long won’t come easy.” The post was alleged to be King Monada’s initial diplomatic response to being snubbed by Makhadzi with the release of Ghanama, featuring Prince Benza.

Makhadzi alleged that she snubbed King Monada off the single which was initially meant to have joint creditation, following Monada’s continued insistence of being deemed as the creator of the song. First, he allegedly did so by attempting to credit Makhadzi as a feature, rather than a co-creator of the song. Secondly, Monada allegedly continued to attempt to take credit for the song by wanting to be credited first.

However, now it seems that the taunting he received in the comments section of the post, as he was labelled as a “motivational speaker” and other terms alluding to Makhadzi supposedly winning over him, led to him opting for revenge by teasing the release of his version of the song. In his version, Makhadzi has been replaced by her alleged musical rival in Limpopo, Mukosi.
