Kwesta has hinted at the release of new music by sharing a video of his rehearsals with his band, which only features unreleased singles from his upcoming album.
Kwesta took to Instagram to share a video of his rehearsals with his band on Tuesday, 25 August 2020. The caption to the video revealed that the rapper is currently working on incorporating some of his new and unreleased songs into his live performance set. Although Kwesta was teasing new music, the song featured in the video was not one of his new songs, according to him. Despite being an old song, many of those who commented were evidently only hearing it for the first time.
The post continued to hint at Kwesta’s plans to release a new album. The Njadini rapper previously teased another unreleased single, iBefday Yam, to much praise. In an Instagram post on Thursday, 13 August 2020, he also indicated that the upcoming album will reflect on his journey since 2012, including his role as a father and a husband.
