Listen to Deborah Fraser’s new album, OkaJehova Akanqotshwa

Deborah Fraser has released her latest album OkaJehova Akanqotshwa on Friday, 12 April 2019.

The release of her album marks an end to the singer’s near two-year hiatus from releasing an album, her last being Uhambo in 2016.

OkaJehova Akanqontshwa is a thirteen-track album composed of traditional and indigenous South African gospel and worship hymns.

The album features three other artists, the first being Bishop Ramela on the Sesotho gospel hymn, Madi Akonyana. Other featured artists include Dumisani Khanyile on the maskandi inspired song, Modzimu, and he sings his opening verse in Tshivenda. Track eight on the album is an upbeat worship song called Uyigcwele, which features the last featured artist on the album, Mbuzeni.

Other songs on the isiZulu gospel music album include, Siyakothama, Igama LeNkosi, Umqhele Wami and Nzulu Yemfihlakalo.

The album is available for purchase on iTunes.
