HBO's Game Of Thrones album For The Throne

HBO and Columbia Records have teamed up to release a Game Of Thrones inspired soundtrack, For The Throne, to coincide with the eighth and final season of the popular television series.

The soundtrack was released on Friday, 26 April 2018, and is a fourteen-track album that boasts a variety of popular artists. The artists have contributed collaborative or solo singles, including the likes of  SZA, Travis Scott, The Weeknd, A$AP Rocky, James Arthur and Mumford & Sons, just to name a few.

The two leading singles from the album are Nightshade, the romantic and dark single by American folk rock band The Lumineers, and the dreamy and smooth alternative single Kingdom Of One by country singer, Marren Morris.

Unfortunately for fans, the song Jenny Of Oldstones, performed by Florence and The Machines during the running credits of the second episode, is not on the soundtrack.

The album is available for purchase on iTunes.
