M-Net hosted a launch party for its latest drama series, Inconceivable, which saw cast members sharing more insight on their characters and what viewers can expect from the show.
M-Net celebrated its upcoming drama series, Inconceivable, with a baby shower-themed virtual launch party, which was attended by JustNje on Wednesday, 2 September 2020. The choice to have a baby shower theme intended to draw attention to the main character, Rachel, played by Carine Rous, whose pregnancy forms part of the integral storyline. Other cast members who joined the live party were Anel Alexander and Sisanda Henna, who also shared in the excitement of the premiere tonight, 3 September 2020.
Nina Hastie, who plays Natalie Steyn, Refilwe Madumo, who plays Busi Nkosi, Langley Kirkwood, who plays James Bishop, and Jay Anstey, who plays Tamsin Watts, also shared video messages for the cast, as they were unable to attend the live event.
Inconceivable will follow the story of two women who have been best friends since high school, but now find themselves at the centre of a group of female friends in their mid-thirties. Together, these working professionals face the challenges of demanding careers and the first years of pregnancy and child-rearing – a balancing act that requires all the superpowers they can muster.
