Mampintsha aims for gold on first day of new album’s release

Published on

Mampintsha is gearing up for the release of his first solo album, Bhut’ Madlisa, and has publicly announced that he is aiming to achieve gold status on the day.

Mampintsha took to Instagram on Monday, 6 July 2020, to mark the four-day countdown to his solo debut album, Bhut’ Madlisa, set for release on Friday, 10 July 2020. The musician confirmed the release date through a promotional post. The one half of the legendary kwaito group, Big Nuz, appeared excited and confident about the upcoming release of the new project.

In the video he shared, Mampitsha was so confident about the album’s reception that he expressed that it could possibly be certified gold on the day of release. Although Mampintsha is now actively promoting the album, he has yet to debut the lead single, Sdukuduku, which was teased earlier in the year.
