Mihlali Ndamase believed to be venturing into acting

Mihlali Ndamase has teased an upcoming performance in a movie or television production, as she expressed anxiety about having to learn a script.

Mihlali Ndamase took to Twitter today, 24 November 2020, to reveal that she is working on a production that involves her learning a script. Alluding to the fact that she would be acting, the social media influencer explained that she was feeling nervous whilst preparing. She stated, “I’m learning an entire script, I’m so nervous.”

Thereafter, she also shared that whilst on the set of the production, she was treated to her own dressing room and hair and makeup team. She added, “I have my own dressing room and glam squad, I kind of feel famous.” Many of her fans commented on the post and expressed their excitement about her speculated appearance in a local production.

Mihlali previously received criticism for her appearance in a short skit on Lasizwe Dambuza’s YouTube channel, with some suggesting that it was unbelievable and too dramatic. Her anxiety about the new role could be attributed to the public’s initial reaction to her acting.
