Minnie Dlamini Jones celebrates Nandi Madida’s feature in Black Is King

Minnie Dlamini Jones took to Instagram to celebrate childhood friend and fellow entertainer, Nandi Madida’s feature in Beyoncé’s critically acclaimed visual album, Black Is King.

Minnie Dlamini Jones took to Instagram to share an appreciation post dedicated to childhood friend, Nandi Madida, on Wednesday, 5 August 2020. The two had a public friendship at the beginning of their careers in entertainment, which was rumoured to have ended due to the pressures of fame. However, Minnie’s latest post has put an end to the claims.

In her appreciation post, Minnie explained the significance of Nandi being part of Beyoncé’s visual film, Black Is King, as Nala. The Homegroud host stated, “You were always my Beyoncé, and to see you in Black Is King was such a full circle moment.”

Minnie also emphasised that Nandi made it possible for her to aspire to be the entertainer she is today because of her constant pursuit of her own dreams.
