“More vocals” added to DJ Khaled’s upcoming ‘Father of Asahd’ album

The DJ is working on his 11th album, following the release of the song ‘No Brainer’ featuring Chance the Rapper, Quavo and Justin Bieber on Friday, 27 July 2018.

DJ Khaled told fans on Instagram on Tuesday, 8 January 2019, that he was making lots of progress with his upcoming ‘Father of Asahd’ album.

“More vocals came in,” the DJ said in an Instagram post. “Father of Asahd is my biggest album, you’ll see, you’ll hear.” ‘Father of Asahd’ is set to be released sometime this year and an official date has not yet been confirmed.

The ‘Wild Thoughts’ hit-maker released the song ‘No Brainer’ featuring  Chance the Rapper, Quavo and Justin Bieber on Friday, 27 July 2018. The song will feature in the upcoming album.

The DJ has released 10 studio albums and ‘Father of Asahd’ will become his 11th contribution to the music industry upon its release. Both ‘No Brainer’ and ‘Father of Asahd’ are products of the DJ’s ‘We The Best’ record label. The title of the album is a tribute to Khaled’s two-year-old son, Asahd Tuck Khaled.

The DJ has worked with many prominent American artists throughout the years, but is best known for his 2010 collaboration with T-Pain, Ludacris, Snoop Dogg and Rick Ross for the song ‘All I Do Is Win’. The song has been a club favourite since its release and is part of fourth studio album titled ‘Victory’.
