Mr JazziQ prepares to release sophomore album since JazziDisciples split

Published on

Mr JazziQ is set to release his second solo album since the temporary split of popular amapiano duo, JazziDisciples, which he and Josiah De Disciple make up.

Mr JazziQ is set to release his second solo studio album, Party With The English, on Friday, 23 April 2021. In 2020, the producer-DJ released three projects. The first was Mr JazziQ 3303, comprising tracks that were produced alongside the other half of JazziDisciples, Josiah De Disciple.

Thereafter, he releases For The Babies, which was arguably the album that showcased his style and signature sound within the world of amapiano and house music at large. Moreover, at the time, speculation on the collective’s split became topical.

However, the duo addressed the rumours in a joint statement, explaining that the split was to allow them to establish and grow their individual fanbases. They further added that there was no animosity between them, as the split is said to be in pursuit of growth. However, they have since abandoned their joint Instagram account.
