The song featuring Bluelle Kodisang is the singer’s first musical release since his song, Ntombi, featuring Bucie was released in early 2018.
Singer, NaakMusiQ, has shared yet another clip of his new song, Ndakwenza Ntoni, on Wednesday, 23 January 2019, this time revealing the cover art for the song.
In the picture, a single rose lies in front of a window as it rains outside. The song is a collaboration with fellow artist, Bluelle Kodisang. Naakmusiq, whose real name is Anga Makubalo, said the song would be officially released Friday, 1 February 2019.
The musician’s most recent musical release is the song Ntombi featuring fellow house musician, Bucie, released in June 2018. Prior to that, NaakMusiQ released his debut album Born to Entertain in October 2016. The fourteen-track album features artists Black Motion, Mash, Xoli M, Donald, DJ CostaDollar, DJ Tira, Phresh, Danger, MLU, Mampintsha and Mr Luu.
The singer told local media that he has become accustomed to the fast-paced working environment of the music industry. “It become easier over the years,” he said in the interview published on Wednesday, 30 August 2017. “The more you record and the more you sing the easier it gets. I’ve mastered the art of freestyling. When I hear a beat that I like, I create a song there and then.”
NaakMusiQ says his production process is very natural. “When I get to studio I hear a beat and I start freestyling. I write lyrics to all my songs. I record in bits and pieces, so I won’t forget what I just wrote,” he explained.
