Natasha Thahane was non-committal when it was suggested that her alleged boyfriend, Thembinkosi Lorch, was paying for her upcoming weekend-long birthday celebration.
Natasha Thahane took to Twitter on Thursday, 23 September 2021, to confirm that she intends to spend the entire long weekend celebrating her upcoming twenty-sixth birthday. The Blood & Water actress is set to turn 26 years old on Saturday, 25 September 2021. Therefore, seeing that the day before marks National Heritage Day, what would have been a two-day weekend in South Africa is a celebratory long weekend this year.
Thahane is no stranger to hosting lavish birthday celebrations. When she turned 25 years old in 2020, she shared images of the lavish formal gala she threw for herself. Not only did she quarantine and build an entire structure to accommodate the guests, Thahane also booked legendary musician, Ringo Madlingozi to sing at her celebration. Therefore, when she alluded to going big this long weekend, many of her fans congratulated her.
However, one Twitter user suggested that her alleged boyfriend, Thembinkosi Lorch, would be footing the bill. This is not the first time that Thahane has been accused of such, the last time being when it was alleged that her then boyfriend, DJ Shimza, had footed the bill for her twenty-fifth birthday celebration. Thahane commented by sharing a viral video of Lorch staring at her in shock.
