Nokwazi headlines Friday’s Lockdown House Party

Nokwazi has been revealed as the headlining live performer for the Friday edition of the popular music show, Lockdown House Party, co-created by Shimza and DJ pH.

Nokwazi has been announced as the headlining performer for the Friday, 28 August 2020, edition of Lockdown House Party. This was after co-creator and Shimuzic owner, Shimza, shared the official line-up for the upcoming episodes on Tuesday, 25 August 2020. The Friday edition of the show is shorter than the Saturday edition, which is why there are limited acts.

Despite being a newcomer, Nokwazi has already established herself amongst the best in the industry. She is currently signed to Oskido’s Kalawa Jazmee, and has also been a backup singer for the legendary Thandiswa Mazwai. The Friday line-up also includes three DJs, who will each play a set on the night, namely, Vitoto, Slipine and Timo The Boss DJ.

The Friday edition of the show airs between 20:00 and midnight on Channel O, DStv channel 320.
