Ntsiki Mazwai says Bonang Matheba is a product of white monopoly capital

Ntsiki Mazwai has found another reason to talk about media personality, Bonang Matheba; this time, claiming that she is one of many public figures who are funded by “white monopoly capital.”

Ntsiki Mazwai repeatedly uses Bonang Matheba as an example when talking about South African celebrities who are not self-made. On Friday, 29 May 2020, Ntsiki, yet again, used the Being Bonang reality star as an example of success which allegedly resulted from being funded by white monopoly capital.

The conversation started when the controversial poet engaged in the topical Twitter spat involving Black Coffee. The DJ used a racial slur to suggest that Prince Kaybee is a “slave to a white man,” Koshiek Karan. This prompted Ntsiki to provide her own list of people she believes are not self-made, naming Bonang Matheba and President Cyril Ramapahosa in her list.

Bonang, who returned to Twitter today after not posting since Monday, 25 May 2020, was alerted of Ntsiki Mazwai’s claims, however, she has not yet commented on the allegations.
