On Sunday, 19 January 2020, Prince Kaybee reached out to King Monada and DJ Maphorisa about hosting their car drifting competition. Prince Kaybee’s post was prompted by King Monada posting his newly acquired BMW on social media and tagging the two DJs. The car drifting competition was the brainchild of DJ Maphorisa, who previously stated that he popularised car drifting amongst South African celebrities.
