Prince Kaybee has thrilled fans by taking to social media to announce plans to release the lead single, ‘Fetch Your Life,’ from his upcoming third studio album.
Popular South African DJ, Prince Kaybee, is gearing up to release a brand new single, ‘Fetch Your Life,’ which is taken from his third studio album titled ‘Re Mmino.’ The ‘Club Controller’ hit-maker took to social media on Tuesday, 1 January 2019, to reveal that he will be releasing the lead single from the album in a month’s time.
Prince Kaybee gained his ticket into the industry through a talent competition, when he was announced as the winner of the second season of the popular SABC 1 DJ competition, Masters of Spin.
He has since gone on to release some of South Africa’s most popular songs and club anthems, such as ‘Better Days,’ featuring Audrey, ‘Charlotte,’ featuring Lady Zamar, and more recently, ‘Club Controller,’ which features Busiswa, Zanda Zakuza, Bucie, Nokwazi, Lasoulmates, Naak MusiQ, Ziyon, Mpumi and TNS.
The DJ first spoke of his upcoming album in a tweet published on Wednesday, 21 November 2018. He tweeted:
“My third studio album will be titled ‘Re Mmino,’ meaning ‘We Are Music.’ We were finalising the album today, listening to potential singles. It’s a beautiful album dropping in February next year.”
Prince Kaybee is also celebrating the success of his hit single, ‘Banomoya,’ featuring Busiswa and TNS, which ushered the country into the New Year, as it was named the Song Of The Year by Ukhozi FM. The station boasts a listenership of over seven million, and is one of the leading radio stations in Africa and the world.
