Prince Kaybee’s single, ‘Banomoya’ has reached 1 million views on YouTube without an official music video.
Prince Kaybee released his latest single, ‘Banomoya’ on 15 August 2018. The single features artists Busiswa and TNS.
Busiswa, who is known to include messages of female empowerment in her lyrics, chants and raps on the single about women who feel confident enough in themselves to leave a party on their own.
The official audio for the song was released on YouTube South Africa only a month ago, but the video has already clocked up 1,131,306 views. This is a huge feat for any South African artist, especially considering that the official music video is yet to be released.
On Tuesday, 18 September 2018, Prince Kaybee took to social media to express his gratitude for all the support the song has been receiving. He wrote, “Over 1 Million Views without a video…, I’m stressed…”.
Fans have since called on the hit-maker to deliver a fitting music video for what many have dubbed ‘the summer song of the year’.
