SABC 2 previews season three of Swartwater

**SABC 2 has given audiences a glimpse of the upcoming third season of the Afrikaans drama series, Swartwater, which will be premiering next week.**

SABC 2 took to Instagram on Tuesday, 12 January 2021, to share the first preview of Swartwater, which will be premiering on Tuesday, 19 January 2021. The Afrikaans drama series will be returning for its highly anticipated third season, aftera two-year hiatus which left viewers on the edges of their seats. SABC 2 captioned the post, “Saddle up and take an all-new journey into the murky dense of Swartwater, season three.”

Swartwater centres around a young suburban couple, Karen and François Le Roux, who were forced to move to the small coastal town of Swartwater after an unspeakable tragedy. After getting to know the local people, the couple soon realises that they are all not as they seem. The series stars Antoinette Louw, Louw Venter, Dirk Stoltz and Hélène Truter, amongst others.
