Gospel artist, SbuNoah, made it as one of the headliners that will be a part of The 1st Annual Middleburg Gospel Festival set for Saturday, 17 August 2019.
Taking to his social media pages on Tuesday, 30 July 2019, SbuNoah shared the promotional poster for the first ever gospel music festival to be held in Middleburg. The 1st Annual Middleburg Gospel Festival is set to take place on Saturday, 17 August 2019, at the Middleburg Banquet Hall in Middleburg, Mpumalanga. For its maiden edition, the festival organisers have themed the event, “giving thanks.”
On the poster, SbuNoah is one of eight headlining gospel and worship singers that are featured on the festival’s line-up. Most of the artists selected to be a part of the maiden 1st Annual Middleburg Gospel Festival are young and newly established, but prominent voices in the gospel music industry.
Some of the mentionable names that are included on the line-up are Dumi Mkokstad, Tinah Zungu, Takia Ndou, Lusanda Beja, Nothando Hlophe, Khutso Maseko and Londiwe Cele. The names provided on the list are those of the headlining performers. However, the festival promises to feature some of the best local talents from Middleburg as supporting acts.
The artist captioned the poster with a witty announcement stating, “Middelburg Mpumalanga, I did say, “I’ll be back.” Let’s meet at the Banquet Hall [on Saturday], 17 August. Oh man, I cannot wait.”
The festival’s doors are set to open at 15:00, with the performances starting at 16:00. Prices for the tickets to the festival range from R250.00 for general access seats and R350.00 for VIP tickets, which are inclusive of a free DVD.
Tickets are available for on Computicket.
