Sho Madjozi shares behind-the-scenes visuals of her John Cena hairstyle and cover art

Rapper, Sho Madjozi, is the latest popular artist to participate in the John Cena dance challenge, initiated by her fans and based on her hit single of the same name. 

On Wednesday, 2 October 2019, Sho Madjozi took to Instagram to share her own dance video as part of the John Cena dance challenge, which was initiated after the rapper performed the song on YouTube channel, COLORS Studio, in August 2019. Sho Madjozi recently released the official audio of the song on Friday, 27 September 2019.

The dance challenge has gone viral and taken the  the world by storm, with people around the world dancing to the single. Sho Madjozi showcased people, on her social media platforms, participating in the challenge from countries such as Istanbul, Japan, the United States, Belgium and South Africa

Some of the popular media personalities who participated in the dance challenge include South African choreographer, Bontle Moloi, who danced to the song while pregnant and spawned a variation of the challenge with people impersonating her. Most recently, the single’s namesake attempted to dance to the single during his appearance on The Ellen Show on Monday, 30 September 2019.

Now, Sho Madjozi has released her own video dancing to her song. She shared the video with a caption reading, “[You] guys were doing too well, I had to step in. #JohnCenaChallenge 11-10.” Her version has been viewed over 67 000 in just a few hours of posting.

Her followers took to the comments section to rate her dance challenge. One follower stated, “You won the challenge.” Another social media user said, “Can you please put Bontle [in the] music video. Please, she is the boss of this #JohnCenaChallenge”
