Sizwe Dhlomo was celebrated on Twitter after announcing that he will be joining Kaya FM to host the drive-time show, with DJ Fresh offering words of encouragement and advice.
Sizwe Dhlomo has announced that he is the latest addition to the Home of the Afropolitan, Kaya FM’s line-up, which made headlines on Wednesday, 3 June 2020. Sizwe is set to steer the drive-time show as of Monday, 6 July 2020. Following numerous congratulatory messages, Sizwe had a detailed conversation with radio veteran, DJ Fresh, on Thursday, 4 June 2020, on Twitter.
This was after DJ Fresh publicly congratulated Sizwe on the feat, and assured him that he is always available to provide advice. DJ Fresh then shared how they introduced themselves to “competition” when he started on YFM’s Fresh Breakfast.
The two then exchanged brotherly banter as DJ Fresh shared his pearls of wisdom from his vast experience hosting successful breakfast and drive-time shows across many popular radio stations.
