TDK Macassette prepares to shoot Left Right music video

TDK Macassette has revealed that she is preparing to shoot her Left Right music video and has put out a call for Durban-based female dancers to audition for the shoot.

On Wednesday, 10 July 2019, popular gqom musician, TDK Macassette, revealed that she planning to shoot a music video for her current single, Left Right, which was released on Friday, 17 May 2019. The artist made the announcement through her social media pages by posting an image with a description of what she hopes the music video will look like, and what she is looking for in extras and dancers for her music video.

In the image she posted, the direction of the music video is described as, “ …a feel-good music video that reflects TDK Macassette’s street lifestyle. This will be treated like a fashion film mixed with dance lifestyle.”  In her caption to her post, the singer expressed how her new management team, Tdeeiosion Management, has been working hard recently to see the singer reach new heights in her career.

Following the announcement of the upcoming music video shoot, TDK Macassette also put out an open call for dancers who are interested to be part of the music video to contact her. In her open call message, she wrote, “I need (flexible) girls for my video, white, African and coloured preferably! In Durban. Who can also dance to join the team.”  Interested female dancers need to send her a direct message on social media.

If the music video for Left Right is released later in the year, it will mark her first music video for 2019. The last music video the artist released was in July 2018 for her single, Domoroza, featuring Mnqobi Yaso. The video currently sits at over 600 000 views.
