Afro-soul singer Vusi Nova has reached yet another milestone for his song, Ndikuthandile, with its music video reaching 3 million views on YouTube.
The Port Elizabeth-born singer relocated to Johannesburg to pursue his musical career and credited his success to that decision. He released his debut single I’d Rather Go Blind in 2013, which got him noticed by South Africa music critics. Nova has collaborated with a number of musicians including fellow soul artists Zahara and The Soil, which has both shaped and inspired him throughout his career.
The music video for Ndinkuthandile was originally released on Friday, 28 April 2017, and was met with praise by fans and critics alike. The video shows Nova as the wedding singer, overlapped with scenes of the bride getting ready and walking down the aisle. The music video features appearances from celebrity personalities such as Bujy Bikwa, Kelly Khumalo, Khanyi Mbau, Ntando Duma, Tebogo Lerole and Somizi, to name but a few.
