In the video, the Umgodi hitmaker can be seen kneeling in front of her handprint doing a celebratory dance. The camera moves in closer to the placard which she signed, “Zahara always love,” using a heart instead of writing out the word. In her caption to the video she stated, “Thank you Emperors Palace. So excited about the new partnership. We have super amazing news coming soon. God is great.”

In total, her video has been viewed close to 10 000 times across her social media pages. Many of her followers used the comments section of her post to celebrate the feat with her. One of her Instagram followers wrote, “So proud of you.” On Twitter, a follower reacted by saying, “Keep it going and never lose focus. It looks like you are on the right track.”

With the feat, Zahara joins a number of South African media personalities that have also received their own handprint placards on the Emperors Palace floor. Some of the popular names in the South African entertainment industry that have received their own placards include Top Billing presenter, Jonathan Boynton-Lee, and legendary musician, Yvonne Chaka Chaka.
