Zozibini Tunzi will be returning to South Africa to serve as one of the judges of the Miss South Africa (SA) 2020 pageant, taking place on Saturday, 24 October 2020.

Zozibini Tunzi has been announced as the first person on the judging panel of the Miss SA 2020 pageant, which will be taking place at the Table Bay Hotel in Cape Town. In an Instagram post today, 15 October 2020, the Miss SA organisation announced that the reigning Miss Universe will be returning home from The United States of America, where she has spent the entire lockdown period.

According to the organisation, Zozibini is looking for someone with raw authenticity and sincerity about who they are. The post stated, “She is not looking for perfection or moral purity. She is looking for someone who has a voice and an aura about her that makes almost everyone feel at ease when they come in contact with her, because she will be engaging with a lot of people in the year.”

The Miss South Africa 2020 pageant will be broadcast on Mzansi Magic and M-Net on Saturday, 24 October 2020, at 17:00.
